A group of six wolves from the Junction Butte pack was observed crossing the road near mile marker 12 just after sunrise this morning. Rangers on scene report calm behavior, but visitors are urged to remain in their vehicles and keep a minimum distance of 100 yards. Traffic is moving slowly through the area as photographers gather along the shoulder. Updates to follow as the pack moves toward the river.
